You'll lead enterprise-wide strategy initiatives and drive growth through business development and strategic partnerships at a member-owned cooperative serving agriculture. You'll shape the strategic agenda while collaborating with senior leaders on high-impact projects.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead high-priority, enterprise-wide strategy and innovation initiatives.
• Identify and evaluate external growth opportunities including partnerships and M&A.
• Engage with senior leaders as a trusted advisor on strategic priorities.
• Mentor team members and set standards for project delivery.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, or related field.
• Expert-level experience in strategy consulting or corporate development.
• Proven track record of leading complex enterprise initiatives and influencing C-level executives.
• Advanced skill in financial modeling, investment analysis, and performance forecasting.

✨ Nice to Have

• MBA or equivalent experience strongly preferred.
• Experience evaluating new ventures, commercial partnerships, and inorganic investments.
• Ability to design approaches to ambiguous problems and lead through structured frameworks.
