You'll support day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle at a fast-growing EdTech scale-up. You'll maintain employee records, manage onboarding and offboarding, and handle benefits administration. This role offers hands-on AI experience and a future-proof skillset while working with global clients like Kellogg's and Siemens.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS
• Support onboarding including offers and first-day setup
• Assist with offboarding processes and exit procedures
• Respond to employee HR queries and benefits questions

📋 Requirements

• Strong willingness to learn and grow in HR
• High attention to detail and organization skills
• Proactive and able to take initiative
• Strong communication skills and problem-solving mindset
