You'll support and maintain cloud-based applications and infrastructure for critical healthcare technology solutions, working across Azure and AWS environments to ensure smooth deployment and performance of .NET C# applications. Your core impact involves troubleshooting issues, resolving incidents, and applying ITIL best practices across incident, change, and problem management. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide support for cloud-based environments across AWS and Azure platforms
• Deploy, configure, and maintain .NET C# applications in cloud infrastructure
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, infrastructure, and integration issues
• Work directly with end users to provide timely technical assistance

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in IT support services or application support
• Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms
• Understanding of ITIL service management processes
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with InRule or similar automation platforms
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools (SSRS, SSIS)
• Exposure to Appian and .NET C# development/support
