You'll lead the technical integrity and regulatory compliance of Upvest's SIPP pension proposition for Europe's leading fintechs. You'll bridge complex UK pension rules with a scalable Investment API, ensuring market-leading infrastructure. This role offers a unique chance to shape pension tech at a well-funded startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead regulatory oversight of FCA, DWP, and HMRC changes
• Resolve complex SIPP technical queries from clients
• Drive product compliance for Pensions Dashboard updates
• Deliver technical training to raise pension IQ across teams

📋 Requirements

• Deep pension expertise in SIPP and UK pension rules
• Regulatory analysis skills to translate legislation into procedures
• Technical problem-solving for complex SIPP issues
• Stakeholder management with engineering and product teams

✨ Nice to Have

• DipPFS, APMI or equivalent pension qualification
• Experience at a fintech or financial institution
