Description
You will build and maintain logic-driven CPM schedules for large heavy-civil infrastructure projects, analyze progress and risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders to keep projects on time and efficient.
Requirements
- Experience with heavy-civil infrastructure scheduling
- Proficiency in CPM scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera P6)
- Skills in risk analysis and Monte Carlo simulations
- Ability to mentor junior schedulers
- Knowledge of PMIS integration
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain integrated CPM schedules with logic links, resource/cost loading, and cost control alignment
- Collect field progress data, update schedules, and produce look-aheads, variance reports, and earned-value forecasts
- Run critical path and what-if analyses, perform schedule-risk assessments with Monte Carlo simulations
- Prepare Time Impact Analyses for change orders and claims
- Generate narrative reports, Gantt charts, S-curves, and KPI dashboards for stakeholders
