Description

You will conduct in-home assessments, deliver evidence-based home modification recommendations, and educate clients on fall prevention. Collaborate with a remote clinical team and maintain documentation through an electronic system.

Requirements

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from accredited program
• Active, unencumbered OT license
• 2+ years of clinical experience
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Proficiency with technology and digital documentation

Responsibilities
