You'll support Loadsmart's entry into the Latin American market by combining sales, marketing, and relationship-building. You'll generate qualified opportunities and localize marketing efforts, acting as the bridge between U.S. teams and LATAM's logistics landscape. This role offers the chance to build a new market from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and manage prospect pipeline via outreach and events
• Identify key decision-makers across mid-market shippers and 3PLs
• Localize messaging, collateral, and case studies for LATAM
• Maintain CRM records and report weekly on pipeline health

📋 Requirements

• Native or fluent Spanish with excellent English communication
• 1–2 years in sales, business development, or marketing
• Proven ability to build rapport and conduct discovery
• Comfortable traveling 20–30% across LATAM
