You'll ensure customer success through strategic planning and hands-on support, acting as the bridge between customers and internal teams. • Provide expert guidance on deployment and operational best practices.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in technical customer-facing roles like TAM, Solutions Engineering, or Support.
• Strong understanding of cloud services and security, with CSP-level certifications preferred.
• Familiarity with container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
