💼 About This Role

You'll lead technical solution development for government proposals at a public benefit consultancy. You'll drive the solution process for federal, state, and local RFPs, ensuring compliance and innovation. This role combines government IT expertise with proposal writing in a mission-driven environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop technical solutions for federal, state, and local RFPs
• Author proposal sections including solution narratives and diagrams
• Collaborate with Client Solutions Managers and Subject Matter Experts
• Ensure compliance with FedRAMP, FISMA, Section 508

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years experience in IT architecture or technical solutioning
• 3+ years supporting government proposal or capture efforts
• Deep understanding of government procurement processes (RFPs, RFQs)
• Strong technical writing skills for proposal content

• Experience as a Technical Solution Architect at a large systems integrator
• Familiarity with human-centered design and cloud architectures
• Prior experience with AI-enhanced solutioning tools
