You'll help establish content operations strategy for licensed music at a fast-growing AI music startup. You'll build scalable ingestion pipelines, metadata standards, and compliance workflows. This mission-critical role offers rare ownership at an inflection point in the company's growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Establish scalable content ingestion pipelines from rightsholders
• Set metadata standards and quality frameworks (DDEX, ISRC, ISWC)
• Partner with Engineering to prioritize tooling and automation
• Manage content supply chain from ingestion through distribution
• Serve as operational contact for labels, publishers, and distributors

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in content operations, metadata, or rights management in music/media
• Deep knowledge of music metadata standards (DDEX, ISRC, ISWC, ISNI)
• Strong understanding of licensed content supply chains and rights management
• Experience managing relationships with major labels or publishers

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience at music streaming platforms, DSPs, or record labels
• Background in startup or high-growth environments
• Technical fluency (writing queries, evaluating engineering trade-offs)
