You'll sit at the intersection of product, sales, and engineering, helping customers get the most out of Yoodli and guiding architecture reviews to showcase platform value. You'll support customers through onboarding and integrations while tackling RFPs, security reviews, and support tickets. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Guide architecture reviews and craft tailored solutions
• Support customers through onboarding and integrations
• Handle RFPs, security reviews, and support tickets
• Translate customer needs into product insights

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of Solutions Engineering or Sales Engineering in SaaS
• 1+ years selling into enterprise accounts
• Strong technical acumen with APIs, SSO, and scripting (Python, JS)
• Experience working with enterprise customers and product/engineering teams

✨ Nice to Have

• LMS Integrations experience
• SQL experience
• Prompt engineering experience
