As a Senior Software Engineer at NewRocket, you will lead, coach, and mentor a team, implementing customizations based on functional and technical requirements for large-scale projects. You will interface with stakeholders to gather requirements, customize ServiceNow applications, configure integrations via REST/SOAP, and guide customers through technical solutions.

Requirements

• Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM and Custom Application development.
• Experience leading and mentoring a team of software engineers.
• Proficiency in configuring integrations via REST/SOAP.
• Ability to implement customizations based on functional and technical requirements.
• Experience with user acceptance testing and update set promotion.

Responsibilities

• Interface with end-users and stakeholders to gather system requirements for ITSM Custom applications.
• Customize ServiceNow applications, configure UI, workflows, and business logic.
• Configure integrations via REST/SOAP web services.
• Guide customers through understanding technical solutions to their business requirements.
• Promote update sets and data across ServiceNow environments.
