Requirements

  • 3+ years experience as a sales manager
  • 3 years of documented sales success as an individual contributor exceeding target
  • Experience in hiring, training and ramping new Account Executives
  • Proven track record in collaborating across different teams
  • Leadership and coaching experience

Responsibilities

  • Create a team culture of trust, accountability, and success
  • Support direct reports by participating in client and prospect meetings
  • Hire and train new account executives on sales process
  • Manage KPIs including hourly/daily metrics, forecasting, and pipeline management
  • Conduct weekly pipeline review and forecast meetings with AEs
