Requirements
- 3+ years experience as a sales manager
- 3 years of documented sales success as an individual contributor exceeding target
- Experience in hiring, training and ramping new Account Executives
- Proven track record in collaborating across different teams
- Leadership and coaching experience
Responsibilities
- Create a team culture of trust, accountability, and success
- Support direct reports by participating in client and prospect meetings
- Hire and train new account executives on sales process
- Manage KPIs including hourly/daily metrics, forecasting, and pipeline management
- Conduct weekly pipeline review and forecast meetings with AEs
