• Lead by example to validate in-store customer experience quality
• Maximize KPI results including OPH, NPS, SPH, conversion
• Participate in inventory cycle counts and BOPIS order fulfillment
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and fixture integrity
• Support new talent onboarding and team engagement
