Description

You will oversee end-to-end domestic transportation operations for a fast-paced e-commerce and retail environment, managing FTL/LTL movement, parcel shipping, and pool distribution. Your focus will be on ensuring on-time performance, cost efficiency, and an excellent customer delivery experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 4-6+ years in trucking, parcel, e-commerce logistics, or supply chain with 1-2+ years in leadership
• Expertise in last-mile delivery, global/regional logistics, procurement, and vendor management
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, logistics systems, ERP platforms, and Tableau or similar
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Manage domestic transportation strategies including trucking, parcel, and pool distribution
• Enforce KPI/SLA performance on cost, service, transit time, and delivery accuracy
• Analyze route density, dwell time, mileage efficiency, and cost per mile/unit
• Utilize logistics tools and carrier portals for shipping execution and reporting
• Support peak season planning and collaborate with operations, strategy, and product teams
