🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead structuring and negotiation of in-licensing, out-licensing, and asset sales
• Conduct due diligence and financial analysis for new deals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape business development strategy
• Engage with top-tier pharmaceutical partners to communicate ecosystem vision

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in business development or alliance management in pharma/biotech
• Expertise with contracts and a proven track record of negotiations
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
