💼 About This Role

You'll support ICI (IMPACT) platform upgrades for a leading North American financial services provider, ensuring smooth transitions and operational excellence. Your work will directly impact post-trade processing and automation opportunities across Futures/Derivatives workflows. This role combines BA and QA disciplines in a hybrid Toronto setting.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct impact analysis on workflows, screens, and file feeds for platform upgrades
• Translate manual testing into repeatable automation workflows
• Coordinate SIT/UAT test case creation, execution, and defect tracking
• Validate file structures and compare outputs against production processes

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of BA/QA experience in Capital Markets Technology
• Strong understanding of Futures/Derivatives trade lifecycle and operations
• Experience with ICI (IMPACT) or similar Futures processing platforms
• Proficiency in JIRA, Excel, Visio, SharePoint, and SQL

• Experience with test automation in Capital Markets
• Exposure to vendor-driven platform upgrades
• Previous support of annual upgrade cycles in Futures environments
