You'll provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with neurodevelopmental differences using evidence-based ABA therapy. You'll implement positive behavior strategies and document session data to support treatment goals. This role includes fully paid training for BCAT certification.

• Implement positive behavior strategies developed with your BCBA.
• Document session data to track and support treatment goals.
• Collaborate closely with families and supervisors to build supportive environments.

📋 Requirements

• Experience working with children.
• High School or equivalent diploma.
• Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days of start date.
• Ability to travel between client sites within a 30-40 minute radius.

• Experience with autism is a plus.
• Bachelor's or master's degree.
