💼 About This Role

You'll serve as a critical link in Acorns' financial operations, executing back-office processes to protect customer assets and ensure seamless financial journeys. This remote-first role offers flexibility and optional office space in Irvine, CA.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage high-volume operational queues resolving customer emails and cases
• Handle escalated customer calls with empathy and de-escalation skills
• Process ACH disputes, incoming mail, and fax inquiries
• Process 3210 letter requests and facilitate asset transfers and rollovers

📋 Requirements

• 0–2+ years of experience in investment, banking, or financial operations
• Attention to detail and ability to execute tasks with accuracy
• Customer-centric mindset with passion for solving complex financial issues
• Adaptability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
