You'll lead client engagements in controllership and finance transformation, providing technical accounting guidance on complex transactions like acquisitions and IPOs. You'll drive data-driven insights through financial analysis and advanced tools, shaping strategy for a rapidly growing consultancy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end client engagements in controllership and finance operations
• Execute buy-side and sell-side financial diligence and analysis
• Provide technical accounting guidance (ASC 606, 805, 842)
• Develop data models and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
• Active CPA license required
• 6+ years progressive experience in financial consulting or advisory
• Deep GAAP knowledge and experience with ASC 606, 805, 842

• Advanced degree or professional certification (CFA, CA)
• Private equity or transaction-driven experience
• Finance technologies like NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Blackline
