💼 About This Role

You'll assemble Karno™ linear generator engine modules with high precision, ensuring axial alignment and sealing integrity. Your work directly impacts the performance of a next-generation linear power generation platform. You'll collaborate closely with engineering to refine assembly sequences for scaling production.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assemble Karno™ linear engine subassemblies including reactor, heater, chillers.
• Perform axial and concentric alignment of linear components to tight tolerances.
• Install and verify critical sealing interfaces for high-pressure, high-heat environments.
• Support pre-test mechanical verification, leak checks, and post-test teardown analysis.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–7 years of precision mechanical assembly experience.
• Experience with seal installation, press fits, and torque-controlled fastening.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and assembly schematics.

• Technical certification or trade school preferred.
• Experience with free-piston, linear motors/generators, or non-rotating engine architectures.
• Familiarity with prototype test cycles and teardown-driven learning.
