💼 About This Role

You'll take ownership of state-of-the-art PCB manufacturing processes and equipment for Starlink's high-volume production at the largest facility in North America. You'll monitor process parameters, troubleshoot equipment, and drive continuous improvements to yield and cost. This role offers direct impact on SpaceX's mission to enable human life on Mars.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute startup and shutdown procedures for production equipment
• Identify equipment and process deviations and perform corrective actions
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and calibrate process equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance and calibration of equipment

📋 Requirements

• High school degree or equivalency certificate
• 2+ years of hands-on technical experience OR associate's degree in STEM

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with printed circuit boards or microelectronics fabrication
• Experience with process parameters and engineering units
• Familiarity with production and inventory management software
