You'll provide an amazing shopping experience for music and pop culture fans at Hot Topic. You'll share your fandom knowledge, stock products, and help merchandise the store while being hyper-focused on the in-store experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide customer service and product knowledge to shoppers
• Cover sales floor zone and maintain visual standards
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising

📋 Requirements

• Previous experience in retail environment
• At least 16 years of age
• Ability to stand and navigate store for entire shift
