Description

You will measure and ensure high-quality output of ML workloads, design and build production software, conduct research and testing, optimize generative AI products for accuracy and speed, integrate ML cloud solutions, and lead design reviews. Your work will directly impact thousands of active customers using Contentful's content management platform.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a technical leader in product software development
• Proven track record in model development, including deploying LLM-based models for NLP tasks in production
• Ability to work backwards from customer needs to deliver ML-based features
• Familiarity with distributed systems and cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience with container frameworks such as Docker or Kubernetes

Responsibilities

• Measure and ensure high-quality output of ML workloads for enterprise customers
• Design, build, and measure production software in the Contentful Platform
• Conduct focused research and testing using Jupyter Notebook
• Optimize generative AI products for accuracy, speed, and scalability
• Integrate ML cloud solutions and adapt them to large-scale use cases
