You'll oversee daily P2P performance across key APAC markets, ensuring healthy liquidity and excellent user experience. You'll manage the merchant ecosystem end-to-end and drive data-backed improvements for marketplace efficiency. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee daily P2P performance across key APAC markets.
• Manage merchant ecosystem end-to-end including onboarding and reviews.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and drive data-backed improvements.
• Collaborate with product, risk, compliance, and support teams.

📋 Requirements

• 5-8 years experience in P2P operations or marketplace operations.
• Strong understanding of P2P ecosystems or payment industry models.
• Bilingual English and Chinese to coordinate with overseas partners.
• Analytical skills with Excel/SQL familiarity.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience managing merchants or payment partners.
• Knowledge of anti-fraud or transaction monitoring.
• Familiarity with APAC regulatory environments for fiat/P2P.
