💼 About This Role

You'll join the NAM Partnerships team to grow Aircall's partner ecosystem in the New York office. You will drive pipeline and revenue through Channel partners and Agencies, building relationships with System Integrators and Solution Partners. This role offers the chance to impact a rapidly scaling AI-powered communications platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Recruit and onboard new channel partners aligning with strategic objectives.
  • Build strong relationships and conduct regular business reviews with partners.
  • Develop joint business plans to achieve mutually agreed revenue targets.
  • Track partner performance metrics and forecast sales accurately.

📋 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Partnerships, Sales, or Account Management.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models and technology interest.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
