💼 About This Role

You'll build and own Givebutter's technology and financial services partnerships function, from strategy to deal close. Your work will expand platform capabilities, deepen differentiation, and unlock new revenue streams. This is a foundational role where you define the roadmap and execute end-to-end.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prospect, negotiate, and manage technology partner relationships.
• Pitch partnership ideas internally and externally for buy-in.
• Collaborate with Product to expand platform capabilities via partnerships.
• Establish partnerships ecosystem strategy, tiers, and evaluation frameworks.
• Coordinate execution across organizations and drive integration adoption.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of partnerships or business development experience in tech.
• Proven track record of closing and managing technology partnerships.
• Experience with product integrations and API ecosystems.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills for deal evaluation.

• Experience at a SaaS platform company.
• Familiarity with nonprofit or fundraising software.
• Background in building 0-to-1 partnership functions.
