Responsibilities

• Delivering first-class support via live chat, email, and basic billing queries
• Retaining at-risk customers through active listening and tailored solutions
• Coordinating with tutors and booking lessons
• Solving ad-hoc operational challenges across multiple European markets
• Partnering with Global Customer Care Managers to improve processes and share market feedback
