Description

As a Solutions Engineer at Loop, you will collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure seamless technical implementation for enterprise clients. You'll design data orchestration workflows, lead product demos, and guide clients through system integration and optimization.

Requirements

• 3-5 years customer-facing experience in SaaS or technology company
• 2+ years technical experience with integrations or systems delivery
• Ability to lead groups and manage multiple projects with deadlines
• Proven presentation and training experience
• Interest in supply chain technical solutions preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead kick-off calls and product demos tailored to prospect use cases
• Coordinate integration solutions between client systems (TMS/ERP) and Loop platform
• Scope use cases aligned with product roadmap and inform cost structures
• Manage weekly status meetings with clients and internal stakeholders
• Own technical and functional documentation for implementations
