You'll grow and retain loyalty program members for a premium running brand in the EMEA region. You'll develop omnichannel communications, administer rewards, and collaborate across teams to drive membership. This role offers the chance to shape a key customer engagement platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Administer the EMEA Brooks Run Club program and communication touchpoints.
• Develop content and copy for omnichannel BRC communications.
• Analyze KPIs to improve program engagement and retention.
• Manage rewards, dares, and influencer/affiliate programs.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of online marketing or CRM experience.
• Experience with loyalty marketing.
• Working knowledge of HTML and JavaScript.
• Experience with ESP tools like Sailthru or Klaviyo.

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• Other European language skills (German, French, Italian, Dutch, Spanish).
• Passion for running and active lifestyle.
