You'll own the end-to-end supply chain in a regulated manufacturing environment for a molecular diagnostics platform. You'll directly execute procurement, planning, and supplier management to ensure uninterrupted supply. This role offers the chance to build supply chain strategies from the ground up in a growing biotech company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Directly execute end-to-end sourcing, purchasing, and production planning.
• Lead supply chain NPI process, managing prototype sourcing and BOM transitions.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies for efficiency and scalability.
• Manage domestic and offshore suppliers and contract manufacturing partners.
• Proactively manage product costs through Total Cost of Ownership analysis.

📋 Requirements

• 7-10+ years of progressive supply chain experience with leadership responsibility.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments such as medical devices or diagnostics.
• Direct experience sourcing and managing wet or chemically sensitive materials.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably NetSuite, for data integrity and transactions.

• Experience with second sourcing strategies for critical materials.
