Requirements
- 8+ years combined experience in hospitality or hospitality technology
- At least 3 years in leadership roles
- Fluent in Thai with excellent English communication skills
- Deep understanding of Thailand's hospitality landscape
- Strong ability to translate technical and operational concepts for non-technical audiences
Responsibilities
- Lead regional Customer Success functions across Support, Onboarding, and Account Management
- Own core metrics: NDR, onboarding success, service quality
- Represent Thai customers internally and collaborate with global teams
- Lead Thai teams and partner with other Thai leaders within multinational structure
- Balance cultural expectations, customer relationships, and Cloudbeds’ global standards
