You'll support the operational aspects of a health benefits offering for production companies, including onboarding, reporting, and customer support. Your core impact will be ensuring accurate data entry and timely reporting to exceed service level objectives. This role is fully remote with a collaborative team environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support onboarding and offboarding for health benefits
• Monitor and respond to customer inquiries via phone or email
• Provide reports to customers and third-party providers
• Review audit reports for accurate withholdings and eligibility

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in high-volume operational roles
• Experience with data entry in third-party and proprietary software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Growth mindset thriving in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
