💼 About This Role

You'll join the Fraud Servicing team at Bluevine to investigate and resolve potential fraud concerns and high-risk transactions across multiple channels. You'll act as the subject matter expert for all products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to minimize risk and improve the customer experience. This role offers the chance to analyze transaction trends and recommend solutions that directly impact our business.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Investigate and resolve potential fraud concerns and high-risk transactions.
• Act as subject matter expert for fraud across all support teams.
• Deliver excellent customer service by owning cases end-to-end.
• Collaborate with cross-functional risk teams to reduce fraud instances.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of Customer Support experience with customer-facing duties.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Adherence to a hybrid schedule: in-office 2 days/week.
• Distraction-free home workspace with reliable internet (100 mbps).

• 1+ year of sustained performance at Bluevine meeting KPIs.
• Experience with fraud detection or risk analysis.
