💼 About This Role

You'll be the key technical person responsible for the maintenance, safety, and optimization of all building infrastructure (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection) in a fully automated fulfillment center. You'll ensure maximum uptime and efficiency, minimizing downtime impacts on the logistics chain.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of all building infrastructure.
• Manage fault response and coordinate external specialists for rapid issue resolution.
• Define and oversee preventive maintenance plans and ensure legal compliance.
• Collaborate with site management and automation teams to ensure continuous operation.
• Drive continuous improvement in energy efficiency and operational processes.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Facility Management, Building Technology, or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in technical facility management or maintenance.
• Fluency in German and very good English skills.
• Valid Class B driver's license.
• Deep knowledge of TGA (Technical Building Equipment) and understanding of automation technology.
