Description

As a Group Facilitator at Charlie Health, you will lead virtual group therapy sessions for clients with complex behavioral health needs, working alongside a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalized care from home. You'll facilitate psychoeducational and process-oriented groups, foster engagement, and collaborate with therapists to support meaningful client outcomes.

Requirements

• Master's degree in mental health or related field
• Availability weeknights (3-8pm MT Mon-Thu) and Saturdays
• Experience with diverse age demographics in intensive treatment settings
• Proficiency in multiple treatment modalities (e.g., DBT, CBT)
• Reliable high-speed internet for telehealth sessions

Responsibilities

• Facilitate group sessions using Charlie Health curriculum across age groups and cohorts
• Collaborate with Primary Therapists, Care Experience Specialists, and Care Coaches
• Complete onboarding within 2 weeks and attend weekly team meetings
• Maintain treatment documentation within 24 hours per agency standards
• Respond to communications within 48 hours
