Description

You will lead a team of engineers to design and build next-generation, highly scalable, low-latency ad server features handling over a trillion requests per day. You'll collaborate across teams, apply GenAI in development, and drive innovation and optimization of our platform.

Requirements

• 10+ years of development in C/C++, Linux/UNIX, and GO experience preferred
• Proficiency in algorithms and advanced data structures
• Experience in software design and architecture of complex scalable solutions
• Knowledge of OS and system programming (multi-threading, multiprocessing, memory management)
• Working knowledge of scripting (Perl/Python/Shell) and databases (preferably MySQL)

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers to solve complex problems
• Design and build highly scalable, reliable, low-latency distributed platforms
• Coordinate with engineering and product leads to understand business needs
• Research emerging technologies and prepare POCs
• Apply GenAI tools to accelerate development and improve code quality
