Description
In this role, you will lead incubation of new initiatives, develop go-to-market strategies, and manage complex cross-functional projects to drive growth across key verticals. You will work with leaders in Product, Engineering, Sales, and Analytics to shape the future of AdTech/MarTech.
Requirements
- 8+ years experience in consulting, strategy operations, product management, partnerships or program management
- Proven track record managing strategic and operationally complex cross-functional projects
- Strong business judgment with data-driven problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with data analysis tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities
- Lead incubation of 0-1 initiatives and program manage solution development and roadmap
- Research competitive landscape and identify revenue growth opportunities
- Develop go-to-market strategy and manage solutions through commercialization funnel
- Translate roadmap elements into executable Tier 1 projects across cross-functional teams
- Establish 'Day 2' framework for monitoring adoption and integrating feature improvements
