Description

In this role, you will lead incubation of new initiatives, develop go-to-market strategies, and manage complex cross-functional projects to drive growth across key verticals. You will work with leaders in Product, Engineering, Sales, and Analytics to shape the future of AdTech/MarTech.

Requirements

  • 8+ years experience in consulting, strategy operations, product management, partnerships or program management
  • Proven track record managing strategic and operationally complex cross-functional projects
  • Strong business judgment with data-driven problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead incubation of 0-1 initiatives and program manage solution development and roadmap
  • Research competitive landscape and identify revenue growth opportunities
  • Develop go-to-market strategy and manage solutions through commercialization funnel
  • Translate roadmap elements into executable Tier 1 projects across cross-functional teams
  • Establish 'Day 2' framework for monitoring adoption and integrating feature improvements
