You'll support corporate and intra-group legal matters for JetBrains' international operations, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks. Your work will directly impact cross-border corporate structuring and entity maintenance. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and legal automation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support corporate structuring and entity maintenance across jurisdictions.
• Draft and maintain intra-group agreements and legal documentation.
• Coordinate legal workstreams with tax, finance, and other teams.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memos on corporate matters.

📋 Requirements

• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• University degree in law (bachelor's or higher).
• Post-graduate experience in corporate law at a multinational or law firm.
• Experience with multiple jurisdictions (Netherlands, Cyprus, UAE, UK, Poland, or Israel).

• Additional language proficiency (Dutch, Polish, or Greek).
• Experience with legal automation and AI tools.
