Description

As a Senior Content Strategist at OneTrust, you'll shape, govern, and scale content within complex product experiences. You'll partner with UX designers, product managers, and developers to ensure in-product content is clear, consistent, and accessible, using research and data to help users confidently achieve their goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in content strategy, content design, and UX writing for digital products.
• Strong user-centered orientation and ability to guide users through complex workflows.
• Proven ability to research complex domains and collaborate with designers, PMs, and engineers.
• Experience working within design systems and content standards.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and balance competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with UX, Product, Engineering, and Research to translate user needs into content decisions.
• Own and evolve in-product content strategy, including voice, tone, terminology, and information hierarchy.
• Design and deliver UX copy that is concise, accurate, accessible, and aligned with branding and privacy requirements.
• Use research-driven methods to validate content decisions and advocate for improvements.
• Develop content measurement strategies to assess effectiveness using metrics like task success and comprehension.
