You'll lead a team of support engineers providing expert-level troubleshooting for EDB's Postgres products and Open Source PostgreSQL. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for premium customers, driving solutions for escalated issues while mentoring junior team members. This role offers the chance to collaborate with core PostgreSQL contributors and shape product improvements.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for EDB products
• Mentor junior and mid-tier support engineers on best practices
• Create reproducible test cases and file development requests
• Serve as primary point of contact for premium customer engagements

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5 years of experience in a computer-related occupation
• Expertise in PostgreSQL and related tools (pgpool, pgbouncer, Patroni, etc.)
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS and Azure

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Oracle or MongoDB
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
• Scripting skills in bash
