You'll own and evolve core ML frameworks for loan decision-making at Prefr, a fintech platform serving India's underserved segments. Your work will enable scalable ML infrastructure and agentic AI systems for real-time credit decisions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and optimize scalable ML infrastructure for production systems
• Build data and model lifecycle pipelines from ingestion to monitoring
• Develop generalized multi-tenant systems for analytics and policy
• Monitor production performance and propose improvements

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years building production software systems in Java/Scala/Python
• Familiarity with ML lifecycle and deployment practices
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into business impact
• Experience in fast-paced startup environment with end-to-end ownership

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with agentic AI frameworks
• Knowledge of loan decisioning systems
• Strong modular design skills
