Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in operations
• Familiarity with financial services industry
• Familiarity with Zendesk
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities

Responsibilities

• Review and validate employee loan information and documentation for accuracy and compliance
• Manage and respond to inquiries in operations and support inbox, escalating issues as needed
• Coordinate with student loan servicers and financial institutions to resolve discrepancies and confirm payments
• Support monthly invoicing processes, reconciling data for accurate billing and payment reporting
• Collaborate with internal departments to improve processes and support client success
