- Handle customer inquiries via phone and online channels
- Resolve complaints and provide first-line responses
- Report feedback to internal teams for service improvement
- Manage high-sensitivity or critical cases with extra care
๐ Requirements
- Native-level Chinese fluency (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
- Basic English reading and writing ability
- Ability to work independently under pressure
- Strong communication and documentation skills
