• Define and drive the overall product strategy and long-term vision.
• Manage and mentor a high-performing organization of Product Managers.
• Frequent prototyping to experiment with AI ideas and upskill the PM team.
• Leverage accounting or fintech domain knowledge to evolve the product.

📋 Requirements

• Ownership of a multi-product portfolio in the $150M-$200M+ ARR range.
• Demonstrable outcomes where product leadership directly increased revenue.
• Hands-on leadership with strong opinions based on data and user empathy.
• AI fluency with frequent prototyping and team upskilling.
