💼 About This Role

You'll join a PT-led outpatient practice in New England, providing 1:1 patient care with lower caseloads. You'll collaborate with Physical Therapists and receive built-in mentorship to grow without burnout.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide 1:1 patient care with reasonable caseloads
• Collaborate with Physical Therapists on treatment plans
• Manage daily schedule and patient flow
• Use AI-supported documentation and EMR

📋 Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited university with a BA or Associate's degree in Physical Therapy
• Active PTA license or eligibility to obtain one
• Desire to grow clinically and contribute to a team
