💼 About This Role

You'll join a lean team defining how users interact with autonomous flying robots, improving interfaces across Cloud and Mobile platforms for customers in inspection and security. You'll work closely with a mentor on real projects, from meeting customers to delivering pixel-perfect Figma designs or interactive prototypes. This internship offers hands-on impact on products used by first responders and utility inspectors.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Meet with customers to understand their needs and use cases
• Work with PMs and engineers to iterate on design improvements
• Deliver pixel-perfect Figma designs or interactive prototypes
• Contribute to Skydio’s design system with new components and styles

📋 Requirements

• Working towards a bachelor's, master's, or PhD in HCI, cognitive psychology, human factors, computer science, or related field
• Solid understanding of UX patterns, design systems, and prototyping
• Portfolio covering end-to-end UX projects with specific contributions

• Experience in physical security, fleet management, or geospatial analysis
• Technical skills in frontend development
