• Design segmentation for customers, sellers, influencers, and cargo companies.
• Define business rules and set targets for each segment with owners.
• Create and optimize journeys to meet business KPIs.
• Work with product team to improve onboarding and engagement processes.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or Industrial Engineering.
• 3+ years experience in data analysis, project & product management.
• Coding skills in one or more languages (SQL, Python).
• Familiarity with digital analytics (Google Analytics, Adjust) and visualization tools (Looker, Qlikview).

• Marketing automation tools experience.
