💼 About This Role

You'll underwrite complex affordable housing construction and permanent loans, including LIHTC and CRA partnerships. Your core impact is analyzing credits to provide sound recommendations for portfolio growth. You'll collaborate closely with Relationship Managers, Credit Administration, and Loan Administration to close transactions and monitor portfolio performance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze credit and financial information for prospective and existing customers.
• Prepare credit requests, modifications, and extensions within the portfolio.
• Monitor loan terms for covenant compliance on existing loans.
• Manage portfolio priorities including maturities, delinquencies, and loan performance.

📋 Requirements

• 6 or more years of banking credit analysis experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Law, or related field
• Advanced analytical skills with ability to spread financial statements, cash flows, and tax returns
• Knowledge of LIHTC and affordable housing credit analysis
