🎯 What You'll Do

• Reconcile bank accounts and accounting ledgers daily and monthly.
• Track outstanding payables and coordinate for timely closures.
• Support end-to-end vendor payment processing from invoice to disbursement.
• Assist in monthly payroll processing and tax record maintenance.

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in accounts payable, reconciliation, or payroll.
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and tax compliance.
• Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and ERP tools.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Zoho Books, Tally, or QuickBooks.
• Familiarity with statutory filings (PF, ESI, TDS).
• Process improvement skills.
